REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
As a small business, we are currently not accepting returns, exchanges or refunds. Please make sure you are reading our size guide prior to purchasing a product. If you have an issue with your order upon arrival, please reach out directly to info@halipup.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We would be more than happy to help assist you as we want you to have a great Halipup experience.
SIZE EXCHANGE
We always suggest double checking your product size before purchase, please note that if you order the wrong size we do not offer exchanges as this ultimately costs us back and forth shipping fees.
LOCAL PICKUP
As a small business operating solely out of our home, it's important we keep our personal information/address private. For your convenience we make sure orders ship out within 1-3 business days (Exceptions after larger launches) for a quick delivery time frame.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Standard FREE CAD shipping on all pup bandanas and scrunchies (not tracked). Bows and adult headbands require tracked shipping fees automatically calculated at checkout.
If you are outside of Canada, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. All orders outside of Canada come with tracked expedited shipping.
