Shipping policy

Processing time: 1-3 business days with exception to orders on launch days or stated otherwise in item description 

Shipping within Canada: Standard free shipping (not tracked) automatically with all bandanas and scrunchies. Tracked shipping is offered at checkout with an added charge depending on item weight and shipping address.

Shipping outside of Canada: Standard shipping rates apply based on item weight and shipping location.

We do not offer local pickup.

Lost and or damaged products: Please reach out directly to Hanna at info@halipup.com with photos of your damaged product within 3 days of receiving your package. We will make it our priority to resolve the issue.
